Any experienced individual in the field of Human Resources knows you can sometimes hire the perfect looking individual only to wind up with an employee who doesn’t pull his weight and is a liability to the company. All you need do is fill in a Requirement Form and give a simple presentation of your business.

We’ll take care of the entire hiring process, including:
  • Creating and placing advertisements in applicable media.
  • Receiving and acknowledging the replies.
  • Interviewing, via the internet, each applicant fitting your basic qualification requirements.
  • Evaluating the results and selecting the candidates who are qualified for your specific position.
  • Running a full battery of tests on said candidates. These cover Personality, IQ, Emotional Test, Leadership Ability and, if needed, our experts will even specifically design a test to check and verify the applicants knowledge of specialized technical or administrative fields.
  • Analyzing the test results and personally interviewing the remaining candidates.
  • Scrupulously verifying references the candidates give to ensure they really have the qualifications and production experience they claim.
  • Presenting you with a detailed description of every candidate that we consider appropriate for your position.
  • Presenting you with those candidates.
  • Occasionally the ‘perfect candidate’ is found early on in this process and when that’s the case we present them to you immediately, because productive personnel often look for and find jobs and wont hang around waiting for someone to get back to them.

We also want it to be as easy as possible for you to establish the individual onto their new position and so we also supply you with an evaluation which simplifies your understanding of the new employee and makes it easy for you to start them producing.
